The Apple Mac mini "Core 2 Duo" 2.66 Server (Mid-2010/Aluminum Unibody) is equipped with a 2.66 GHz Intel "Core 2 Duo" (P8800) processor, a 3 MB on-chip L2 cache, and a 1066 MHz frontside bus. It comes with 4 GB of 1066 MHz DDR3 SDRAM (PC3-8500), dual 500 GB 3 Gb/s Serial ATA hard drives, and a NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics processor that shares 256 MB of system memory.
Connectivity includes an HDMI port and a Mini DisplayPort, a Firewire "800" port, four USB 2.0 ports, combined "audio line in (digital/analog)" and "audio line out/headphone (digital/analog)" minijacks, a 10/100/1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet port, built-in AirPort Extreme (802.11a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, and an SD (SDXC) card slot.
Distinct from earlier polycarbonate Mac mini models, the "Mid-2010" series features a "Unibody" case machined from a single block of aluminum, with a "spin off" black plastic base for easy RAM access. The power supply is also integrated. All Mac mini systems are sold without a display, keyboard, or mouse, but many Apple and third-party peripherals are available.
It is important to note that this model is similar to the Mac mini "Core 2 Duo" 2.4 (Mid-2010), but the "Server" version has a faster processor, more RAM, dual 500 GB hard drives, and no optical drive. It also uses a revised case design without an optical drive slot and ships with an unlimited user version of Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard Server instead of the standard version.
