Kindly note that this A2220 iPhone 11 Pro Max is compatible with FDD-LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 29, 30, 66, and 71, along with TD-LTE bands 34, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 46, and 48. It does not support bands 14, 21, 28, 32, and 71. Sales are restricted to mainland China and Hong Kong. Although technically compatible with carriers in most countries, it does not support Apple SIM or eSIM.
Every iPhone 11 Pro Max model features a 6.5-inch (diagonal) haptic-touch OLED "Super Retina XDR" display (2688x1242, 458 ppi, 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio), covering nearly the entire front of the device. It has four cameras. The front-facing "TrueDepth" camera, located in the "notch," supports "Advanced Face ID," captures 12-megapixel photos, records 4K video, and includes software enhancements like Portrait mode. The rear features a triple-camera system with 12-megapixel, 4K-capable cameras: an Ultra Wide (f/2.4 aperture, 120-degree field of view), a Wide (f/1.8 aperture), and a Telephoto (f/2.0 aperture). Similar to the smaller Pro model, it also adds a Night Mode, improving on the HDR and portrait capabilities of its predecessors.
The iPhone 11 Pro Max has a stainless steel case with glass on both the front and back. It is rated IP68 for splash, water, and dust resistance, withstanding depths of up to 4 meters for 30 minutes. It is available in four colors: Gold, "Space Gray," Silver, and "Midnight Green."
Internally, it is driven by a 64-bit, 7 nm 2.66 GHz "Apple A13 Bionic" processor with six cores (two performance, four high-efficiency) and a "third-generation Neural Engine." It comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB, 256 GB, or 512 GB of flash storage. It also supports 802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 with 2x2 MIMO, Gigabit-class LTE with 2x2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0, Ultra Wideband for "spatial awareness," NFC for Apple Pay, "Express Cards with power reserve," and dual SIMs (two hardware nano SIMs in this A2220 model).
Apple projects the iPhone 11 Pro Max to have a battery life of "up to" 80 hours of audio playback, 20 hours of video playback, and 12 hours of streamed video. It also supports "wireless" (inductive) charging via the Qi standard.
In mainland China, original pricing was RMB 9,599, RMB 10,899, and RMB 12,699 for the 64 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB storage options, respectively. In Hong Kong, the initial prices were HK$9,499, HK$10,799, and HK$12,499. Trade-in discounts and various carrier payment plans were also offered.
