It should be noted that this A1690 iPhone 6s Plus model supports FDD-LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29; TD-LTE bands 38, 39, 40, and 41; and TD-SCDMA 1900 (F), 2000 (A), plus the China-specific version of UMTS (WCDMA), and GSM/EDGE and CDMA. It seems to be sold exclusively for use on China Mobile's network within mainland China.
All iPhone 6s Plus models have a 5.5-inch widescreen, pressure-sensitive "3D Touch" LED-backlit "Retina HD" display with a 1920x1080 resolution (401 ppi) and an "IPS technology and a taptic engine." They have dual cameras. The rear 12-megapixel, 4K "iSight" camera features 1.22-micron pixels, an f/2.2 aperture, simultaneous 4K video and 8-megapixel still capture, and optical image stabilization for both photos and video. The front 5-megapixel, 720p "FaceTime" camera is more basic.
The iPhone 6s Plus is built with a 7000 series aluminum body and comes in four metallic colors: "silver" (white front, silver back), "gold" (white front, gold back), "space" gray (black front, gray back), and "rose gold" (white front, pink-tinted gold back). It also has a second-generation "Touch ID" fingerprint sensor in the home button.
Powered by a 64-bit 1.85 GHz "Apple A9" processor, the iPhone 6s Plus has 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and was available with 16, 32, 64, or 128 GB of storage (16 GB and 64 GB options were replaced by a 32 GB option on September 7, 2016). It supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi with MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, LTE (4G), and NFC for Apple Pay. It includes a bottom-mounted headphone jack and a "Lightning" port.
Apple's battery life figures are up to 80 hours of audio, 12 hours of 3G talk time, 12 hours of 3G or LTE internet use, 12 hours of Wi-Fi internet use, 14 hours of video playback, and up to 16 days of standby.
