It should be noted that this A1784 iPhone 7 Plus model supports FDD-LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, as well as TD-LTE bands 38, 39, 40, and 41. It is designed for AT&T and T-Mobile in the US (lacking support for CDMA networks like Verizon's and Sprint's), but it also supports carriers in Canada, the UK, Australia, the EU, and almost all other countries except China, Hong Kong, and Japan.
All iPhone 7 Plus models, regardless of carrier, have a 5.5-inch widescreen multitouch LED-backlit 1920x1080 "Retina HD" display (401 ppi, 625 cd/m2) and a solid-state, taptic-engine-powered "clickless" Home button. The device has three cameras: dual rear 12-megapixel cameras (one wide-angle f/1.8, one telephoto f/2.8) that use software for a 2x optical zoom and a 10x digital zoom, along with optical image stabilization, a six-element lens, and wide color capture. The front "FaceTime HD" camera is 7 megapixels and records 1080p video.
The iPhone 7 Plus has an aluminum body, is IP67-rated for splash, water, and dust resistance (not waterproof), and features stereo speakers and a Lightning port, but no traditional headphone jack. Initially, it was available in five colors: "silver," "gold," "rose gold," "black" (matte), and "jet black" (glossy), with Apple warning the jet black finish could show micro-abrasions. A (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition was offered from March 21 to September 12, 2017.
Internally, it is powered by a 64-bit quad-core "Apple A10 Fusion" processor, 3 GB of RAM, and 32 GB, 128 GB, or 256 GB of storage. (Jet black and red were initially 128/256 GB only; a 32 GB jet black model was added and the 256 GB option was discontinued for all colors on Sept 12, 2017). It also supports 802.11ac Wi-Fi with MIMO, Bluetooth 4.2, LTE (4G), and NFC for Apple Pay.
Apple estimates up to 60 hours of audio, 21 hours of 3G talk time, 13 hours of 3G/LTE internet, 15 hours of Wi-Fi internet, 14 hours of wireless video, and 16 days of standby.
In the US, this iPhone 7 Plus was initially sold unlocked but subsidized by AT&T on a two-year contract for US$319 (32 GB), US$419 (128 GB), or US$519 (256 GB). Unlocked and contract-free, it was initially US$769, US$869, or US$969. AT&T also offered leasing and installment plans.
